What type of hardware warranty do you offer?

Hardware Warranty

We offer standard manufacturer's warranty on any newly purchased hardware, typically that is 1 to 3 years.


Do you guarantee your services?

We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our services with the exception of virus and spyware removal. As always, your satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.


Do you offer on-site services?

Is there anything I need to bring when I drop off my computer for service?
Desktop

If you bringing in your desktop pc just be sure to bring the system discs that came with your computer if you have them.

Laptop

If you bring in your laptop be sure to bring your power cable and the system discs that came with your computer (if applicable).

What forms of payment does Computer Techbytes take?

We accept cash and all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover)

Does Computer Techbytes fix Macs too?
